Brigida<\/a> era un eccellente ristorante familiare di cucina tradizionale canaria, specializzato in frutti di mare e cucina di mercato. Fedele al prodotto e alla tradizione, Pedro Santana ha saputo rinnovare, interpretare e apportare creativit\u00e0 alle ricette popolari. Dal 2007 al 2022, e con la Cocina del Puerto attiva nel 2018, ha continuato a gestire entrambi i ristoranti situati a Playa Blanca, a due passi da Fuerteventura con il traghetto proveniente da
