cuisine du march\u00e9. Fid\u00e8le au produit et \u00e0 la tradition, Pedro Santana a su renouveler, interpr\u00e9ter et apporter de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 aux recettes populaires. De 2007 \u00e0 2022, et avec Cocina del Puerto en 2018, il a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les deux restaurants situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Playa Blanca, \u00e0 quelques encablures de Fuerteventura par le
